How many time have you not sent a Thank You card because you couldn't get to the card store and then it just slips by? Maybe it's just me... hopefully so. I know you all are good at having cards on hand and sending them out pronto. If not (and you are like me) it is good to have a "go-to" stamp set for a quick, easy, classy card you can send out when the thanks is still in your heart.

seasons.of.life
Starting a new venture is always nerve wracking. But this little business venture I'm undertaking is like none I've tried in the past. I actually LOVE paper, I LOVE stamps, I LOVE embellishments and I LOVE.LOVE.LOVE creating beautiful projects. I've never wanted to be in the "home party" business but I can't tell you how fulfilled I feel by sharing my love of paper crafting with friends. It brings people together and sparks that creative center in our souls that, for me, has been laying dormant for way too long.
So come along for the ride by following my posts... by joining one of my clubs... or by getting it "all" and become a demonstrator like me. "Build Your Guild" in your neighborhood. I've been so encouraged and inspired by Stampin' Up! and I hope you are too.

sympathy
Unfortunately there is a great need for sympathy cards lately. I sat down today to make one for a dear woman who tragically just lost her husband in a plane crash. Of course, words will never heal her pain, but it was an honor to create something with my own two hands that may lift her spirits... even if only for a moment.
This card was inspired and CASE'd from the annual catalog page 122.
